How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Who covers the cost of shipping for returns?
The cost of shipping for returns is at the expense of the customer. You may use a local carrier of your choice to send back the item. Please ensure that the return package is securely packed and tracked for your peace of mind.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition.
Which products are ineligible for return?
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How often do you release new products?
We regularly update our product line with new, inspiring items. Stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media.
How can I request a custom order, and what items can be personalized?
We're excited to offer personalization options on select items! To request a custom order, follow these steps:
1. Identifying Personalizable Items: Look for the wording "Personalization Now Available" in the product description. This tag indicates that an item can be personalized. If a product does not specify personalization, it cannot be personalized.
2. Items for Personalization: Currently, our "Representation Matters" notebooks can be personalized.
3. Personalization Options:
Names: You can add a name to the notebook for a personal touch. You will have three font styles to choose from.
Elements: Choose from a variety of elements to add, including clouds, hearts, rainbows, and flowers. Examples of these elements will be provided for reference.
4. Limitations on Personalization: Please note that while we offer various personalization options, certain elements cannot be changed.
These include:
Colors: The color scheme of the product remains as is.
Hairstyles and Outfits:
The depicted hairstyles and outfits on the characters cannot be altered.
Backgrounds: Background designs are fixed, but names can be added or changed. With the exception of adding elements as referenced earlier.
5. Placing a Custom Order: Once you've chosen your item and decided on the personalization details, you can place your order and specify your custom choices. To place a custom order or, if you have any specific requests or questions, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
